Hotel Am Alten Rhin in Neuruppin district Alt Ruppin
In the center of the district Alt Ruppin, on the banks of the Alten Rhin river in the middle of the Ruppiner Schweiz and across from the Nikolaikirche (Nikolai Church), sits our family-run 3-star superior hotel. We have 35 full comfort rooms available for use that are decorated with love in the details. There are a variety of room options from single, double, maisonette (loft-style), family-style, to larger suites to choose from. Each guest will receive a small bottle of water upon arrival, free parking as available, and free WiFi in the restaurant and hotel room.
Our hotel grounds hold a playground, open play area, picnic and relaxing area, and a small natural lake to stroll around and explore. A beautiful wooden bridge extends up and over the Alten Rhin river and leads to the large central Stadtpark (city park) full of trails. These trails provide a natural connection by foot or bike from the district of Alt Ruppin to the city center of Neuruppin. Right next door, our trusted partners at “Rhinpaddel” provide boat, bike, and e-bike rentals opening up possibilities for exploration even more.

We are surrounded by nature and within walking distance to large protected natural reserves, extensive wander & bike trails, near various access points to natural swimming areas, and right next door to the boat and bike rental company 'Rhinpaddel'.
By foot or bike, there are extensive trails to follow and explore. For active bikers, we have a secure garage for storage available for use. For travelers coming by canoe, kayak, or small boats containing small motors, we also have an easy access point which can be used to comfortably get in and out of the water directly on the Alten Rhin river. We also have a sauna and relaxing area with a stunning view available per inquiry.
