The Brandenburg asparagus (Beelitzer Spargel) and chanterelle seasons are indispensable and celebrated here annually. Regardless of the season, an ice cream sundae topped with various seasonal local products from Brandenburg can be found on our menu. The Brandenburger Ruppiner Land with its variety of local products makes many gourmet hearts beat faster.
